RESERVED 4-WEEK MONTHLY RECURRING LESSONS:

30 Minute Weekly Lessons - $115 /4 lessons

45 Minute Weekly Lessons - $172.50 /4 lessons

60 Minute Weekly Lessons - $230 /4 lessons

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

We want you to understand the “WHY” behind this policy. First, learning an instrument is a commitment. We want you to not only have fun during your lesson, but also grow as a musician. This means coming to lessons and being held accountable each week. Second, we LOVE our teachers! When you schedule a private lesson, your teacher carved out that time for you, regardless of whether you attend or not. While we do understand that life happens, we want to make sure to respect our teachers as well as make sure they feel stable month to month. 

So, we ask that if you are unable to keep a scheduled private lesson, please give 24-hour advance notice to ensure you will not be charged. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the lesson. A reminder is sent out via our Online Software 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.  Cancellations with more than 24 hr notice will be issued a makeup credit.  Makeup credits expire after 90 days.  Makeup credits will void after unenrollment.

BILLING:

When enrolling for our 4 week monthly lessons package we reserve your weekly recurring lesson time each and every week.  Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.  That way the time is reserved and no one can take that time spot on the schedule.  The 4 week recurring lesson package is $115 per student for weekly 30 min lessons.  School holidays where no lessons are given (like Thanksgiving and Christmas) will not be charged and thus discounted from tuition.  Most months have 4 lessons and will be billed $115 / month for each student.  In some months with school holidays, there may only be 3 scheduled lessons.  In those months your account will be prorated and only billed for the amount of lessons in that month (3).  In the event of 5 weeks in a month, your account will be billed for 5 lessons for that month.  In the event that you would like to discontinue lessons, we require a 2 week notice to ensure that your card is not billed for future lessons.  Canceling by the 15th of the month will ensure your card is not billed on the following month.
